Walletify Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Walletify account and associated app data.
Delete your account in the app
If you can access your Walletify account, use the in-app deletion flow:
- Open Walletify.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion.
For security, you may need to sign out and sign in again before deleting your account.
If you cannot access the app
If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion by email, contact:
support@walletify.org
Include the email address associated with your Walletify account. Do not include passwords or sensitive financial information in your message.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, Walletify will delete or disconnect account data associated with your user account, including app profile data and portfolio data stored by Walletify, where technically and legally possible.
This may include:
- Account profile data.
- Portfolio records.
- Asset records.
- Transaction records.
- App preferences linked to the account.
- Cloud sync data linked to the account.
What may be retained
Some limited information may be retained where required for:
- Legal compliance.
- Security and fraud prevention.
- Subscription, billing, refund, tax, or accounting records.
- Crash logs, diagnostics, or aggregated analytics that are not reasonably linked to an active user account.
Third-party platforms such as Google Play, App Store, RevenueCat, Firebase, and AdMob may retain records according to their own policies.
Processing time
In-app deletion begins immediately. Manual deletion requests submitted by email may take up to 30 days to process.
