Walletify is a personal portfolio tracking app. This Privacy Policy explains what information Walletify collects, how it is used, and what choices users have.

Information Walletify may collect
Walletify may collect or process the following information depending on which features you use:
- Account information: email address, display name, authentication provider ID, and user ID.
- Portfolio information: assets, tickers, fund codes, currencies, transaction records, quantities, prices, cost basis, and portfolio history.
- Imported transaction data: asset or ticker names, transaction type, transaction date, quantity, price, currency, and brokerage or bank document details extracted from files or connected email sources if you choose to use import features.
- Gmail data: email metadata, email body text, and PDF attachment content if you explicitly connect Gmail for transaction import.
- App usage and diagnostics: crash logs, performance data, device model, OS version, and app metadata.
- Advertising identifiers: advertising ID or consent status, if ads are enabled and applicable.
- Subscription and purchase status: subscription tier, purchase history, and entitlement status.
Walletify does not provide investment advice and does not act as a brokerage, bank, payment institution, or financial advisor.
How Walletify uses information
Walletify uses information to:
- Provide portfolio tracking and profit/loss calculations.
- Sync user data between devices, if cloud sync is enabled.
- Import and parse investment transaction data from supported sources.
- Fetch market prices and portfolio valuation data.
- Authenticate users and protect accounts.
- Provide subscriptions or premium features.
- Display ads, if ads are enabled and the user has not subscribed to Premium.
- Monitor app stability, crashes, and performance.
- Improve app functionality and user experience.
Gmail data usage
Gmail connection is optional. You can use Walletify and enter transactions manually without connecting Gmail.
If you choose to connect Gmail, Walletify requests read-only Gmail access. Walletify cannot send, delete, or modify any email or attachment.
Walletify uses Gmail access only to search for supported investment and brokerage emails, read relevant message content and PDF attachments, and extract transaction details for your personal portfolio tracking.
Walletify does not sell Gmail data, use Gmail data for advertising or ad targeting, use Gmail data to build profiles, or use Gmail data to train AI or machine learning models.
You can disconnect Gmail in the app or revoke access from your Google Account security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Walletify’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data sharing
Walletify does not sell personal data. Data may be shared with third-party processors only as needed to provide app functionality, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, subscriptions, cloud sync, or market price fetching.
Walletify may also disclose information if required by law or to protect users, the app, or others from fraud, abuse, or security threats.
Data retention
Walletify retains account and portfolio data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Some diagnostic, analytics, purchase, or legal records may be retained for a limited period as required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax, accounting, or operational purposes.

After deletion, some limited records may be retained where required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or payment and subscription obligations.
Security
Walletify uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Walletify is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
International users
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on the third-party services used by Walletify.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
