Walletify is a personal portfolio tracking app. This Privacy Policy explains what information Walletify collects, how it is used, and what choices users have.

Walletify may collect or process the following information depending on which features you use:
Walletify does not provide investment advice and does not act as a brokerage, bank, payment institution, or financial advisor.

Gmail connection is optional. You can use Walletify and enter transactions manually without ever connecting Gmail.
If you choose to connect Gmail, Walletify requests read-only Gmail access. Walletify cannot send, delete, or modify any email or attachment.

Walletify’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Walletify does not sell personal data. Data may be shared with third-party processors only as needed to provide app functionality, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, subscriptions, cloud sync, or market price fetching.
Walletify may also disclose information if required by law or to protect users, the app, or others from fraud, abuse, or security threats.
Walletify retains account and portfolio data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Some diagnostic, analytics, purchase, or legal records may be retained for a limited period as required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax, accounting, or operational purposes.
You can request deletion of your Walletify account and associated app data.

After deletion, some limited records may be retained where required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or payment and subscription obligations.
Walletify uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Walletify is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on the third-party services used by Walletify.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
