Acceptance of terms

By using Walletify, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Walletify does

Walletify is a portfolio tracking app. It helps users record assets, import transactions, track prices, and calculate portfolio values and P&L.

Walletify is not a bank, brokerage, investment advisor, payment institution, tax advisor, or financial planning service.

No financial advice

Walletify does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Any information shown in the app is for personal tracking and informational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Always verify data independently before making investment decisions.

Data accuracy

Walletify may fetch market prices, currency rates, fund data, or other financial information from third-party providers. This data may be delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, incomplete, or changed by providers without notice.

Walletify does not guarantee that prices, calculations, imports, or P&L values are accurate or suitable for trading, tax reporting, or official records.

User responsibilities

You agree to:

Email and file imports

If you use email or file import features, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process the imported information. Walletify attempts to extract transaction information for your personal portfolio tracking, but imported data may require manual review and correction.

Subscriptions and purchases

Walletify may offer paid features, subscriptions, or premium access. Purchases are processed through the applicable app store or payment provider.

Subscription billing, cancellation, refunds, and renewal terms are managed by Google Play, where Walletify is currently distributed. If Walletify becomes available on additional platforms in the future, the platform where the purchase was made governs billing and refund terms.

Ads

Walletify may display ads to free users. Ads may be served by third-party advertising providers such as Google AdMob, subject to user consent and applicable law.

Account deletion

You may delete your account in the app:

Some limited records may be retained where required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or payment and subscription obligations.

Intellectual property

Walletify, including its design, branding, code, and content, is owned by the developer or licensed to the developer. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Walletify except as permitted by law.

Service availability

Walletify may be updated, interrupted, suspended, changed, or discontinued at any time. Some features depend on third-party services and may stop working if those services change, fail, or become unavailable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walletify and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial losses arising from use of the app, including investment losses, inaccurate data, missed opportunities, data loss, service interruptions, or third-party service failures.

Disclaimer

Walletify is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Walletify after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
